Our approach
Over the years we’ve developed a tried and tested branding consultancy process, which we adapt to meet specific client needs. It has three-phases, which we call Investigate, Integrate and Ignite.
PHASE 1
Investigate
Combining desk research and interviews with key stakeholders, we define the essence of the brand in terms of its purpose, positioning, personality, promise and platform. We call this the Brand DNA®, and we need this to guide our efforts when we express it visually at the Integrate stage.
PHASE 2
Integrate
Based on the findings of the Brand DNA® report, we develop a strong brand identity that is expressed both verbally and visually. We then develop the key brand elements that will become the main visual expression of the brand, and set the tone for everything which follows.
PHASE 3
Ignite
In this phase we bring the brand identity to life across all the main external and internal brand touch points, expressed in various core collaterals. Then we document the identity system and how to implement it in a set of guidelines called the ‘Brand DNA® Toolkit’.
