The concept \u2013 surprisingly refreshing with exotic African-inspired concoctions \u2013 is a magnet for adventurous diners who love the idea of mixing things up. Charmingly back-to-basics ingredients make life all the sweeter at Mister Bolo.<\/p>\n<p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.equus-design.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/1-Mister-Bolo_1.jpg\" alt=\"1-Mister-Bolo_1\" width=\"900\" height=\"680\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-382 pinthis\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eq-brand.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/1-Mister-Bolo_1.jpg 900w, https:\/\/eq-brand.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/1-Mister-Bolo_1-300x227.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-top: 10px;\">We had always wanted to design a new restaurant or cafe\u0301 brand, but the challenge is always how to come up with something that the marketplace hasn\u2019t seen before. So we decided as a first step to make the cuisine and type of restaurant completely unique.
